It was a relief to hear after speaking with you Thursday that help was on the way. The field service tech was OUTSTANDING. After arriving today, he got straight to business on diagnosing and finding the issue. Sitting on the side of a farm to market road in the middle of ranch country, he replaced the faulty EGR which was no easy task, in 41 degree weather with a harsh wind. He wrapped up tonight around 830pm on a Friday night. So to wrap it up from initial phone call, to full replacement down to the smallest details like rubber wire covers, I am back up and running on site in less than 32 hours.
Todd is a great salesman and made my decision easy to go with Bobcat of Fort Worth and the Bobcat brand after a less than stellar experience with a competitive brand purchase several months before. However, the customer service experience you and the field technician (Derrick?-I’m bad with remembering names I didn’t write down) put the rubber stamp guarantee that ALL my future purchases will be made with Bobcat of Fort Worth.
I don’t know if you all do anything special for the field techs that get great remarks from customers, if you don’t, please let me know so I can bring a gift card by for my guy. I would like to buy him a good lunch. He’s one heck of a field tech and a great ambassador for Bobcat of Fort Worth.
